a note for my readers

I've always been open about my traumatic childhood, and this blog has been my way of sharing what I’ve learned along the way. Recently, something traumatic happened to one of my family members, and it made me realize how truly passionate I am about using this blog on a deeper, more intimate level. Overcoming depression has been one of the hardest things I've faced, and I feel called to create posts that go beyond the surface—posts that dive into navigating life with anxiety, depression, and trauma without letting those experiences hold us back from the future we’re meant to have.

I invite you to join me in these more personal and impactful posts. My hope is that they resonate with you and others who are facing the challenging aspects of their healing journey. Together, we’ll develop an enduring sense of hope, empowerment, and self-worth. Remember—your trauma does not define your future.
